Booking Conditions

• £25-£50 surcharge levied on all double rooms reserved for single occupancy
• A valid credit/ debit card number is required to secure a reservation.
• Cheques to be presented 4 days before departure.
• All cheques to be made payable to the Marstan.
• We accept all major credit cards, there is a 2% surcharge for Amex.

Should you wish to cancel please be aware that we do require at least three days (72 hours) notice from 2pm of the day of your arrival or you will be liable for the cost of your first nights stay for all rooms booked. For group bookings of three or more rooms we require a full seven days notice from the arrival date. Longer term bookings of four nights or longer also require a seven-day notice period - but a maximum of three days will be deducted if your cancellation falls within this period.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged (for all rooms booked) to your card. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case of this eventuality as we respectfully state that no exceptions are made to this policy at all.
